Ham Lunch Meat

Cheddar Cheese
Shredded

Bell Pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk with the milk and salt/pepper.
Cut the lunch meat into thin strips. You can also substitute the ham for leftover ham cubes, bacon crumbles, sausage, or omit the meat entirely.
Add in the rest of the ingredients into the eggs and stir well.
Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 pan and pour the mixture into the pan. Bake at 350F for 45-55 minutues or until the middle doesn’t jiggle when shaken.
Eat immediately, or cut into squares and refrigerate as a meal-prepped breakfast!
