Sweet Glazed Corned Beef
This is the recipe my mom used to make -- but now in half the time!

  1. Open your Corned Beef package over the Instant Pot inner pot and place the meat in the bottom along with any included seasoning packets (ya know, open the seasoning packet and dump it in 🙂 ). Pour water into the pot to cover the meat (but don't go over the Max Fill line!). Set Pressure Cook or Manual setting to 1 hour 15 minutes and seal the vent.
  2. If you don't have an Instant Pot -- no worries! Follow the package instructions for the Corned Beef and boil it for as long as it says to. You can jump back in on the next step.
  3. Once the cook time is up, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release for a little while (don't vent immediately). Preheat your oven to 400F and get a baking dish out that can fit your Corned Beef.
  4. Spray the baking dish with cooking spray and release the remaining steam from the Instant Pot and carefully move the meat from the Instant Pot to your baking dish -- OR if you were boiling your meat on the stove top, take your meat out of that pot.
  5. Mix together your brown sugar, mustard, and honey into a paste. Smear the paste all over the top of the meat. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until browned and glazed. Serve immediately!
