Instructions
  1. Open your package of Corned Beef into the Instant Pot (or any electric pressure cooker you have), and add the little seasoning packet if it comes with one.
  2. Fill your pot with water until the beef is completely covered (but do not go over the Max Fill line!)
  3. Shut and seal the lid. Set to Manual or Pressure Cook for 75 minutes for a 2 pound brisket. Adjust according to your brisket size.
  4. After the cooking is done, start preheating your oven to 400 F.
  5. Once your oven is preheated, release the pressure in your Instant Pot by flipping the pressure valve carefully.
  6. Remove the beef and place it in a greased oven-safe dish. Then prepare the glaze of brown sugar and Dijon mustard. You can also add some honey if you'd like!
  7. Generously glaze the beef and cook in the oven for 15 minutes. And that's it! A delicious Corned Beef in under 2 hours.
